Prior to founding Corporate Continuity in 2024, Betsy worked as a Senior Managing Director and Principal with Green Square Wealth Management, a multi-family office servicing over 120 families, institutions, and endowments across the United States since 2005. Betsy focused her efforts on business development and attempted to create peace of mind for her clients by creating customized services and strategies tailored to each relationship’s unique needs. Before joining GSWM in 2005, Betsy worked with FTN Financial, the capital markets division of First Horizon Corporation, where she served institutional fixed income clients.

In addition to her career in finance, she has experience in healthcare as a Registered Nurse within the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Methodist Le Bonheur Hospital.  Betsy is originally from Greeneville, Tennessee, and has lived in Memphis since graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelor in Science degree. 

When Betsy is not in Tennessee, you will likely find her deep sea fishing off the coast of Florida with her husband and four children.
